Employment History:

April 2005 to Present - Quantegy Recording Solutions, LLC. Opelika, Alabama.
Treasury Manager/International Controller.

> When the company emerged from bankruptcy, following the sale to new owners, I retained responsibility for the management of the company's bank accounts and cash management. I also retained responsibility for the management of our factored finance arrangement.

> In January 2006, when the company moved from factored finance to asset based lending, I became responsible for all day-to-day dealings with the lender, including the calculation of the borrowing base and ineligibles and monthly reporting.

> Responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our international operations in both Europe and Asia.

> Developed a cash forecasting model, which enabled us to better forecast our short and medium term cash position.

> Responsible for setting up and managing our export credit insurance policy with Ex-Im Bank and our domestic credit insurance policy with EULER ACI.



May 2001 to April 2005 - Quantegy, Inc. Opelika, Alabama.
Treasury and Credit Manager.

> Prior to the company filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy in December 2004, I was responsible for managing the company's 17 domestic bank accounts which had an average credit balance of approximately $400K, and average weekly receipts and expenditure of approximately $700K. I developed a cash management system, which enabled better forecasting of our short-term and medium-term cash position.

> Rehired on a contract basis after the company filed bankruptcy in order to assist with preparation of the bankruptcy schedules, cash planning and reporting, setting up the DIP bank accounts, etc.

> Managed our factored receivables through our factoring company, Accord Financial, our factored invoices total approximately $2M. Previously, I was responsible for managing the company's 4 working capital loans with Congress Financial which totaled approximately $5M

> Responsible for managing Quantegy's domestic, Canadian, and Latin American trade credit which totaled approximately $2.5M of accounts receivable.

> Monitored and maintained the company's $5M export credit insurance policy with the Export Import Bank of the United States (previously with EULER ACI).



October 1998 to January 2001 - Pam Picot Independent Financial Advisers. Hull, England.

> Responsible for giving advice, marketing and generating new business from existing customers (approximately 300) and self-generated referrals through face-to-face meetings, telesales and Internet sales.

> Responsible for giving advice on all areas of financial planning which has included retirement planning, investments, mortgages and life assurance.

> Developed a computerized client database using Microsoft Access which enabled targeted client marketing campaigns to take place.

> Designed and programmed the company web site.

> Developed a mail-order Internet marketing business which sold soccer gifts and collectibles, designing and programming the company's web site myself.

> Formed partnerships with other businesses and web sites, encompassing their products into our web site.

> Obtained financial services business for the company from a sales area which contained 60 Independent Financial Advisers in a development area.

> Promoted to the National Accounts Division within 6 months, where I was responsible for obtaining business from 38 key accounts in 4 major cities.
